However, ATC Cargo also reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings in countries other than India, as needed, to protect its interests or enforce its rights.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order placed on atccargo.co within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellations will not be accepted if the consignment has already been shipped.

  • Refund Policy: If you cancel your order, please contact customer care at info@atccargo.co with the necessary documentation to initiate a refund.

Pricing Policy

The pricing for services is based on factors such as service type, volume, distance, and any additional services requested. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Claim Policy

  • Damage During Transit: Goods may be damaged during transit due to rough terrain or other unforeseen circumstances. ATC Cargo strongly recommends opting for risk coverage while making the booking. You may directly buy any / all kinds of insurance from your own insurance company at your own cost while making the booking.

 

  • Carrier Liability: The carrier is not liable for any damage or loss caused by accidents, theft, fire, weather conditions, or other unforeseen hazards during transit. It is strongly recommended to secure risk coverage for all goods. Any insurance obtained must be disclosed to ATC Cargo at the time of booking; failure to do so will result in no consideration of ‘Open Delivery Certificate’ request(s).

 

  • Claims under Carrier Risk: ATC Cargo issues a General Consignment Note (GCN) for carrier risk as per the Carriage by Road Act, 2007. No individual policy or receipt from an insurance company will be issued by ATC Cargo. In case of any claims, ATC Cargo will issue ‘Open Delivery Certificate’ in accordance with the law and shall limit its liability to INR 500 per consignment.

General Instructions for Claims

  1. Ensure the inventory sheet accurately reflects the value of all items. This will be the final document used in any claim settlement by the insurance company.

  2. The consignor must verify the declared value of all items at the time of documentation.

  3. Claims for damage will only be accepted (for facilitation only) after the full payment of freight charges and a written complaint submitted within 1 day of unloading. The liability for such claims will be limited to INR 500 per consignment that too for the issuance of an ‘Open Delivery Certificate’.

  4. A signed “Goods Receiving” copy without remarks about the item condition will be considered proof of delivery in good condition.

  5. No claims will be entertained for household goods.

  6. Open Delivery certificate will not be issued for household goods.

  7. No compensation will be provided for mental distress or damage due to unintentional harm.

  8. Claims will not be accepted for goods repaired without the written permission of the carrier.

  9. The carrier will not be liable for damage if unloading and unpacking were handled by the consignee.

  10. Claims will not be entertained for items already packed by the customer without a documented inspection or condition check as we carry ‘Said To Contain (STC)’.

  11. The transport is done at the owner’s risk. It is advised that consignors obtain their own insurance cover.

  12. Claims for damage must be processed through the consignor’s insurance provider; ATC Cargo can provide a damage certificate if the transport was done under owner’s risk (with a limited liability of INR 500 for issuing ‘Open Delivery Certificate’).

  13. In cases where risk coverage is purchased, the carrier will not cover any damage or no-claim bonus (NCB) adjustments.

  14. We will not be responsible for any breakage, damage or leakage.

  15. Claims for AC or fridge gas leakage or refilling will not be covered.

  16. Request for ‘Open Delivery Certificate’ will not be entertained for items not declared or not packed properly.

  17. ATC Cargo will not be held responsible for any non-compliance or legal breaches by its associates, affiliates, vendors, or partners.

  18. ATC Cargo shall address any non-delivery or late delivery requests submitted in writing and shall endeavour to make every effort to act on them within 45 to 60 days from the receipt of the written request.

Payment Terms and Conditions

By engaging with ATC Cargo’s services and making payments, you agree to the following terms:
  1. Payment Methods We accept payments via credit/debit cards, net banking, cheques, and UPI wallets. Available methods will be specified at the time of payment.

  2. Payment Gateway By using our authorized Payment Gateway, you waive the right to chargebacks unless otherwise stipulated. Any payment disputes will be resolved directly with ATC Cargo through customer service.

  3. Payment Obligations You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available to cover the full payment. Payments should be made in the specified currency and without any deductions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  4. Refunds Refund requests will be evaluated according to the terms agreed upon during booking or as specified in the service agreement.

  5. Dispute Resolution Any payment or refund disputes will be addressed promptly through ATC Cargo’s customer care team. We encourage open communication for efficient resolution.
